Allan Border - Chief Judge

An icon of Australian sport, Allan Border is one of the most celebrated and respected players and captains in the history of international cricket. A stern leader, Border served at the most tempestuous time in the game’s history, and came to represent the indomitable spirit of the Australian game.

In a record 156 Test match appearances for Australia, Border amassed 11,174 runs and still retains the world record number of consecutive Test appearances and the number of Tests as captain.

He retired as Australia's most capped player and leading run-scorer in both Tests and One Day Internationals and was an inaugural inductee into the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame.

The long-serving skipper was later honoured by the cricket fraternity with his name given to the medal for the Australian cricketer of the year, which was first awarded as the ‘Allan Border Medal’ in 2000.

‘AB’ has been involved in cricket broadcasting since the inception of subscription television before becoming a permanent host of Inside Cricket in 2000. Since relinquishing his hosting role he has remained a key analyst and contributor across FOX SPORTS’ extensive coverage of international and domestic cricket.

Border’s latest role is as chief judge on FOX8’s new reality series, CRICKET SUPERSTAR.  His off-field talent in nurturing and instructing young players, along with his commitment to the future of Australian cricket, made him the perfect choice for the role.

Graham Manou - Mentor

Graham Manou is a former Australian cricketer who played for the South Australian Redbacks for 13 years, captaining from 2008-2011.

After years as a reliable domestic performer, the wicketkeeper surged in 2008-09 to win the recognition of the national selectors who rewarded him with a contract and the role of Ashes understudy to Brad Haddin. Incredibly, Graham replaced Haddin just moments before the Edgbaston Test when Haddin broke a finger.

A few months later he was flown in as an emergency replacement for Tim Paine during the One Day Inetrnational series in India, and ended up playing four ODIs later that year.

Graham retired from first-class cricket in March 2011 at the age of 31, having played 103 first-class matches and scored 4003 runs with an impressive collection of 348 dismissals from behind the stumps.

In April 2010 Graham launched The Graham Manou Foundation – an organisation that raises funds and awareness for treatment, support and opportunities for children with heart conditions.  Graham himself was born with a hole in his heart, and is committed to helping children with similar conditions achieve their dreams.  Each year Graham and a group of mates embark on the Tour de Heart, a fundraising initiative which sees them ride a staggering 2,700kms across the Nullarbor, from Perth to Adelaide.

In May 2011 Graham married Australian Olympian Tamsyn Lewis.

Manou has recently anounced he will be coming out of retirement to play in the first ever KFC Big Bash Competition over the 2011/2012 Summer. Graham will line up for the Melbourne Renegades alongside Shahid Afridi, Shaun Tait and Brad Hodge.

CRICKET SUPERSTAR is Manou’s first television role.  He is responsible for mentoring the boys on their journey from backyard cricket ace to CRICKET SUPERSTAR.
